ACTIVE CLAIMS (UK) LTD – COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Active Claims is committed to providing a first class claims handling and management service.
Our aim is to provide the best possible service at all times. We welcome feedback from our clients which tells us when we are getting things right and just as importantly, enables us to focus on where we need to improve, so that we can learn from our mistakes.Please note there is no cost to you in making your complaint nor will our commitment of excellent service to you be affected.
If you are dissatisfied with our services then please go to step 1.
STEP 1
If you are not satisfied with our service, please get in touch with us by:-

(3) Visit us in person
If the complaint involves Mr. Ali then another person will be appointed to handle the complaint procedure. Please provide as much details of your claim including any file reference number.
We are confident that most concerns can be addressed satisfactorily within 48 hours at this first step. However, if you already feel that you have explored this avenue as far as you can, then please move to step 2.
STEP 2
However, if you are still not satisfied, you should write to: The Complaints Manager, Active Claims (UK) Ltd, Unit 4 Rees Way Bradford BD3 0DZ.
Please set out in detail the nature of your complaint as it will speed up our response to yourself. Please include your file reference number and make sure that you send your letter by recorded delivery. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 2 days of receipt of your complaint and will give our final response in writing within 8 weeks of the date of the acknowledgement letter.
However, in the rare event you feel that your complaint has not been fully resolved to your satisfaction then move to step 3.
